1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 100bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 100bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from them.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, provided it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and is not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Where your account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds simultaneously, real-money funds are used for wagering first unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will only be released for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Where termination occurs for administrative reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
